1. About OfertAI

Ironiawn S/A (IwSA) provides OfertAI, a digital platform that helps businesses organize offers, affiliate links, and publications to connected channels. For questions about the service or these Terms, contact contato@ironiawn.com with “OfertAI” as the subject.

2. Accounts and access

When you open an account for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it. The business must keep its information current, protect its credentials, manage team access, and connect only accounts and channels it is authorized to administer. Each business is responsible for its account and its users’ actions.

3. Features and offers

Depending on the plan and settings you choose, OfertAI may find and organize offers, prepare messages, create affiliate links, and send publications to connected channels, including automatically when that option is enabled. Prices, inventory, purchase terms, delivery, and commissions are controlled by third parties and may change. Before publishing, check the information, content, links, image rights, and suitability for recipients. OfertAI does not promise sales, commissions, continuous product availability, or delivery by external services.

4. Plans, payments, and cancellation

Your plan, price, billing cycle, and applicable terms are shown before purchase. Payments may be charged in BRL, USD, or EUR; checkout shows the currency and total. When offered, the free trial lasts 7 days and may be used once per person or business; changing plans or reactivating a subscription does not restart it. Recurring subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Payments through a Mercado Pago link, when available, require manual review within 24 business hours during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. São Paulo time, subject to applicable holidays, and do not renew automatically. Other methods, such as a one-time InfinitePay charge, are available only when shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions may be canceled using the billing options provided and, as a rule, paid access continues through the period already paid for. If a payment fails, you have 3 days to resolve it; paid features may be suspended after that period until payment is confirmed. Statutory rights, including applicable cancellation and refund rights, remain unaffected.

5. Responsible use

The business is responsible for the offers, messages, images, links, and recipients it selects. You may not use OfertAI for fraud, unlawful or misleading content, abusive or unsolicited messages, or to bypass the limits and rules of marketplaces, affiliate programs, or channels. The business must have the necessary rights and permissions, honor requests to stop communications, and follow the rules of connected platforms.

6. WhatsApp and third-party services

The WhatsApp connection available in OfertAI uses a QR code and is not the official WhatsApp Business API. OfertAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. Those companies set their own rules and may restrict, suspend, or ban an account. Because WhatsApp or Meta makes those decisions, OfertAI cannot prevent or reverse them or guarantee account recovery. The business should assess this risk before connecting its number and must follow the service’s rules. This section does not limit statutory rights or IwSA’s responsibility for failures attributable to it. Other connected services may also change their rules, restrict access, or interrupt integrations.

7. Availability and protective measures

We make reasonable efforts to keep OfertAI available, but maintenance, connection failures, and issues affecting external services may interrupt some features. To protect users, comply with law, or address non-payment or a breach of these Terms, IwSA may restrict or suspend features, preferably notifying the business when it is possible and safe to do so.

8. Rights and governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Nothing here waives consumer rights or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. For questions or requests, contact contato@ironiawn.com with “OfertAI” as the subject. Access to the courts and other statutory rights remain available.
