1. Who handles your data

Ironiawn S/A (IwSA) is responsible for personal data used to manage accounts, payments, security, and OfertAI’s operation. When a customer business adds information about its team, audience, or recipients, that business decides why the information is used; IwSA processes it as needed to provide the service. 2. Data and purposes

We may handle account and contact details, business information and tax documents you provide, preferences, access and security records, support requests, offer and link details, connected channels, messages and images selected for publication, delivery results, and plan and billing information. We use this information to create and protect accounts, provide requested features, send publications, offer support, manage payments, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and protect legal rights.

3. Channels and integrations

When you connect a marketplace, Telegram, or WhatsApp, we handle the information needed to maintain the connection and carry out requested actions, such as account or channel identifiers, session information, content selected for publication, and delivery results. The customer business must connect only authorized accounts and inform its team and recipients about data use when required by law.

4. Payments

Full card details are provided directly to the payment provider; IwSA does not receive the full card number. To manage subscriptions, confirm payments, and prevent repeated use of the free trial, we may receive billing details and CPF/CNPJ and keep them protected. Stripe processes recurring subscriptions; Mercado Pago and InfinitePay may process payments when those options are offered.

5. Sharing

We share only the information needed with services used to operate OfertAI, depending on the feature selected: hosting and infrastructure providers such as Hostinger and, when applicable, Cloudflare; payment providers such as Stripe, Mercado Pago, and InfinitePay; artificial intelligence providers such as OpenAI when you use a feature that relies on it; and the channels and marketplaces connected by the business. Google Analytics receives optional browsing data only if you consent.

6. Where data is handled

OfertAI’s primary infrastructure is hosted in São Paulo, Brazil. Some hosting, payment, communications, or artificial intelligence providers may store or access data in other countries. The applicable country depends on the service used. International transfers must follow the safeguards required by Brazilian law. 7. Cookies and measurement

We use necessary cookies to maintain your session and protect access. Optional browsing measurement depends on your consent; you may decline or change your choice without losing features that do not rely on it. The measurement section below explains the use of Google Analytics.

8. How long we keep data

We keep each item for as long as needed to provide and protect the service, meet legal obligations, and handle payments or requests. We then delete or anonymize it where possible. Some records may be kept for the period required by law, to protect legal rights, or in backups. The specific retention periods for links, support cases, and communications appear in the relevant sections of this Policy. When someone opens an OfertAI link, we keep general visit information—such as device, browser, language, referring site and, when available, approximate location—to measure results. For this purpose, we do not store the full internet address or full browser identifier. Detailed visit records are deleted after 180 days; non-identifying totals may remain.

9. Your rights and security

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction and, where provided by law, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing, or withdrawal of consent. Send your request to contato@ironiawn.com with “OfertAI” as the subject; we may verify your identity to protect your data. If a customer business provided the information, some requests should be directed to that business. We take steps to protect data, although no service can guarantee zero risk. We handle and report incidents when required by law. OfertAI is intended for business representatives; information about children or teenagers should be added only where there is a legal basis and appropriate protection.

Site and product measurement

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, which campaigns work, which plans people view, and where they begin the sign-up process. We do not send Google details such as email, CPF/CNPJ, business name, messages, passwords, or credentials. You can decline or change your choice in Privacy preferences.

Support

If you contact support, the text of your report may be reviewed by an artificial intelligence tool to help organize the support queue. Attachments are not used for this review. We keep resolved cases for up to 24 months and attachments for up to 1 month.

Email communications

We send emails needed to operate the service, including security, billing, outage, and legal-change notices. News, tips, and promotional campaigns are sent only with your permission, which you may withdraw at any time. Text submitted to support may be reviewed by an artificial intelligence tool to organize the support queue; attachments are not included. We do not track opens or clicks in these notices. After 12 months, we anonymize communication and recipient details. We keep only the record needed to honor unsubscribe requests and prevent further promotional emails.
